He does NOT KNOW how to: teach, connect with and inspire players, build a team synergy among his players, or communicate with parents. He has poor leadership and communication skills, screams a lot and is extremely abusive to players in practices and games, argues inappropriately with referees, is not fair to players, lies, he does not earn the respect of players or parents. Scott Morrison is not a good role model as coach or person for players. San Diego Surf unfortunately fosters a culture of incompetence and takes credit for developing players when in fact the club recruit good players and take credit for developing them.
