He focuses a lot on player skill development and will probably spend half to three quarters of practice on drills before doing any scrimmaging. Does great with the boys, and stays very respectful and professional. He will hold the boys accountable and treats them as people.

He is very big on building individual player skills and he is able to develop players very quickly. Very professional and well respected in the soccer community by his peers. Just ask someone..
6/29/11 Roco54	3	2	3	2	2	Coach almost never thought something new. Always the same stuff that the kids learn the last week or few weeks back. He Never made the kids learn a style of play. During games the kids did what they wished. The team had a bully who always got mad at other players, Coach never did nothing to stop his behavior, thus making other kids feel bad about them self and question if they should play soccer. Fun coach, never really gets mad at the kids, but a little discipline never hurts.
