Has a tendency to spend more time and attention with his phone calls and facebook during training sessions than focusing on his players. Likes the attention he recevies from players "mothers".

We chose not to stay affiliated with him (was academy at time) due to mixed signals. This said I do think he is very good at developing young children and can see a lot of skilled players that have come out from under his coaching.
