10/16/11 skippy	5	5	5	4	5	My son loves playing for Diego. His practices are extremely interactive (no standing around) and very challenging. He lowers the bar for no one and is always pushing them to be better in all aspects of the game(technically, tactically, physically and mentally). One of the only coaches I know who adds extra practices (for free) when one is cancelled due to field closures.
9/1/11 Jjbean	1	4	3	1	1	Castro would be an excellent coach if he learned how to communicate appropriately with children and young people. He has a lot of knowledge about the game and he is responsible about attending practices and games, but he is mean spirited and this overshadows any positives about his skill as a coach. I would never subject my child to his hateful speech no matter how winning of a team he has at the time. There are better role models out there.
