His focus on and ability to train the players technically, as all around creative players is top notch. His genuine enthusiasm for the game and ability to translate that to the players and get them interested in and knowledgeable about the game as a whole is great for the kids. He is clearly knowledgeable from a tactical standpoint and not only talks the talk about possession oriented attacking football in the Dutch, Ajax, Cruyff mold, he walks the walk. The players are encouraged to take risks, be creative, take players on and genuinely express themselves. Highly recommended.
